Blocked Drains
When the water that goes into your sink, tub or toilet
won’t go out, you probably have a partial or complete clog. In many cases,
your trusty plunger can fix the problem. Plungers use air pressure to
dislodge a clog, but they can’t remove it entirely.
Cleaners
Commercial drain cleaners and clog removers are safe for
most drains for occasional use, but these caustic materials can damage some
pipe materials if used too frequently. If you’re dealing with clogs on a
regular basis, it’s time to call a pro.
Maintenance
Prevent costly repairs to your home with regular maintenance.
We recommend a thorough inspection to catch small problems before they develop. Leaks in drains can cause structural damage over a period of time

If water runs through it.
We do it!
Glacier
Pipe Cleaning & Jetting use high water pressure pushed through a hose
and ultimately a nozzle to blast against soft stoppages and disperse
them away. A soft stoppage refers to substances that are normally soft
like grease, sludge, sand, excessive toilet paper, rice or other food
particles, oil, soap, and the list goes on.
Hard stoppages can
occur by roots in the drain line, or rags, kids toys, or maybe even a
chicken bone that somehow ended up in the drain. You would really be
surprised at what children and occasionally even grown-ups are capable
of flushing down a toilet. In larger sewer main lines you could run into
blockage situations that were caused by multiple objects.
Video Scoping
The
video scoping inspection tool is used to detect where the actual
blockage may be or where the drain is damaged while performing a
drain inspection.
The color camera attached to the 3 ft.
probe rod lets us inspect hard to reach places. Three probe
attachments are used to improve internal pipe viewing angle or to
retrieve objects found while probing.
Perimeter Drains
We
have mentioned how important as a home owner it is to prevent major
damage due to moisture penetrating your house foundations. We
recommend a visual inspection of your crawl space or basement walls
looking for efflorescence. If detected it is a sure sign that your
exterior drains require maintenance
